Latest Projects

Over the last months, projects mainly focused on the development and deployment of dynamic electromyography for clinical use. Dynamic electromyography is a technique that shows the electrical activity of muscles that occurs while the person is making a functional (or impaired) movement. Recording this activity shows in what way muscles contribute to the movement under study. In particular in people with motor impairments this information can be valuable for selecting the most appropriate treatment. And it is information that cannot be obtained in another way.

Example 1

At the Hopital De Jura in Porrentruy, Switzerland, kinedata.nl is assisting in setting up dynamic electromyography for clinical decision making.

Example 2

In cooperation several clinical users, kinedata.nl is developing of a dedicated software package for dynamic electromyography

Example 3

Currently, kinedata.nl is contributing to the development of a force sensor for clinical use.

Example 4

For researchers and developers, Using Python can significantly cut development time and cost. Kinedata.nl developed a Python extension that makes it very easy to capture data directly from TMSi amplifiers using only Python..
